I'm based in Phoenix, working on software that helps people make decisions about real equipment. An operator needs to understand what a model recommends, why, and what to do next. A maintenance team needs to trace an alert back to its cause. Those are the kinds of problems I like to work through.
I lead design engineering for Prototype Studio, where designers build frontends directly in code. I designed, coded, and launched the tool and established a shared GitHub repository, branching and pull-request workflows, and Skills so design and engineering can work from the same frontend code. Before Freeport-McMoRan, I grew from Tribal Credit's first product-design hire into Director of Product Design, leading 10 designers while staying hands-on with product and design-system work.
